Each wood fired meditation vessel is hand built and unique. The glass, once broken has experienced the transformative intensity of fire and become whole and beautiful again. They celebrate the individual as a vessel and the spirit and twinkle of one's soul. They are the perfect size to be held, to ground and reconnect to oneself.

What I have come to think of as  "meditation vessels" these small and intimate vessels, meant to be held in one's hands and provide a restful moment, were inspired by the magical experience of holding an injured chimney swift. There was something profound and humbling about feeling the heartbeat of this amazing tiny bird. The upcycled glass and the way it sparkles in the light, represent the magic of that moment and the magic or soul that is in all of us. These meditation vessel fit nicely in your hand. The weight of the wood fired clay and the sparkle of the upcycled glass provide a sense of something real, the glass captures light and help to bring one into the present moment.

These vessel have become something way bigger than me, they have provided inspiration, grounding and comfort to many. They represent the self, the soul, the upcycled glass symbolizing the spirit that is present in the sparkle of one's eyes, the doorway to the soul. They have become vessels of light and hope.
